Drop-In Sausage-Making Session (For Experienced Members)

Already know your way around a sausage but don’t have the gear at home? Come along to our drop-in session and use the club equipment to get the job done.

We’ll have mincers and sausage stuffers available, plus casings and fat for purchase on the night. Just bring your pre-diced meat, seasoning, and anything else you like to use in your mix.

Phil Galbraith will be on hand to offer advice, but this session is self-guided and best suited to those who’ve made sausages before and just need the tools and space.

What to Bring:

  • Pre-diced shoulder or shin (approx. 2kg)

  • Your spice mix or recipe

  • Mixing bowl

  • Knife & chopping board (if needed)

  • Container to take your sausages home
